Gamemode is one of the game mechanic in CRITICAL STRIKE.

Overview

As of v5.9.3, CRITICAL STRIKE has 7 gamemodes which can randomly appear such as:

  • Free For All gamemodes:
    • Elimination
    • Instant Final Strike
    • One For All
    • Scramble
    • Stupid go crazy
  • Team Gamemode
    • Juggernaut
    • Team Elimination

Eliminations will take two rounds, then the next one will be Team Elimination, then two more Elimination round then either Juggernaut, One For All or Scramble, then repeat.

Stupid go crazy is the rare gamemode that has the small chance to be out.

Free For All

Free For All gamemodes are the most basic gamemodes in the game which you need to kill the others in order to win. If you die, you get teleported back to the lobby, and must wait until the next match starts in order to play again.

Free For All's main gamemode is Elimination, which consists of health cubes and Final Strike. Final Strike will start once 2 minutes has passed and the game hasn't ended.

If another 2 minutes passed without anyone winning, the game will result in a tie, everyone alive being executed and given 10 points.

Winning the gamemode by being the last one standing will grant 50 points and 5 Event Tokens.

Other four variations of Free For All gamemodes besides Elimination are:

  • Instant Final Strike, which only occurs Final Strike and no health cubes.
  • One For All, which everyone in the match only plays a game-selected class for the rest of the match.
  • Scramble, which each players in the match only plays a different game-selected class for around 20 seconds until they get randomized.
  • Stupid go crazy, which is a rare gamemode that everyone in the match only plays the exclusive Sparky class for the rest of the match.

Team Gamemodes

Team Gamemodes are the gamemodes which consist of team fights. Usually, there will be Red team and Blue team, which players will be randomly chosen to be in one of the two teams.

Team Gamemodes usually either have the ability to let players respawn or eliminate players when they die, and have the timer of 3 minutes or 4 minutes - casual Free For All timer.

Team Gamemodes currently have two gamemodes that don't let players respawn as below:

  • Team Elimination, which is a team-fight version of Elimination which everyone from each team will eliminate their opponent's team until everyone in a team is eliminated or the game's timer ends.
    • Each player in the team that has least players will receive their max health boosted by 25% of their original health.
    • The winning team grants the same reward as normal Elimination.
  • Juggernaut, which is a boss-player-fight of Elimination which a person chosen to be Juggernaut, with their boosted max health based on the amount of players in the match, must eliminate other normal players that have the objective to defeat the Juggernaut back.
    • If the Juggernaut wins they will be granted 150 points and 5 Event Tokens, otherwise, all survived players earn 50 points and 5 Event Tokens.

These gamemodes are removed publicly for changes and advancements. However, they are still available in VIP servers.
